1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your Eversun product, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days, provided the product is in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

2. Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] or call (858) 480-9694. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

3. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

5. Exchanges

We handle exchanges as a return followed by a new purchase. Initiate a return for your current product and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-configured products and products with visible signs of wear, damage from misuse, or missing components may not be eligible for return. Contact us if you have questions about your specific situation.
