By accessing and using the Eversun Energy website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Products and Warranty
All Eversun eTower products come with a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Eversun Energy Inc. and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Our nano-grid technology is protected by 20 patent claims. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eversun Energy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
